We have been in the business since 1986. First in the name of UDIT FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD. and subsequently as ANG GROUP encompassing several companies.

OUR HISTORY

We entered the field of Financial Services in 1986, much before the mushrooming growth of Financial Consultants in India. Until ANG Resources was incorporated, we were working under the name & style of Udit Financial & Management Consultants (P) Ltd. At one time we had offices in all the major metros e.g. Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore. However, we have consolidated our operations and are now headquartered and mainly operating from Mumbai with our registered office at Kolkata.

We have a penchant for new and innovative ideas and have received our clients’ admiration for the out of box solutions. We believe, we organised the first Khoka( Debt paper) buy-back in India, much before the big players -- Citibank ,Grindlay's Bank etc., entered the fray.

MILESTONES

1986	Entered the field of Financial Services.
1987	Emerged as one of the major broker for large fixed Deposit Mobilisation. We structured an innovative investment deal for shares of TISCO to gain the triple advantages of  (a) Discount (b) Price difference and  (c) Badla income-the earlier avtar of Derivatives.
1988	Our first Project Financing & Consultancy assingnment successfully executed.
1989	We believe, we organised the first Khoka( Debt paper) buy-back in India, much before the big players -- Citibank ,Grindlay's Bank etc., entered the fray. Managed Investor Service Center for a large public issue. Assisted in marketing a public issue, including press and broker conferences.
1991	Was very active in organising promoter funding for rights & public issues .
1992	Started Fund based activity mainly Leasing & Bill Discounting.
1993	Emerged as one of the major brokers for Lease Syndication.
1994	Developed a unique product for Short term investment in public issue and acted as Portfolio Advisors to many companies of repute.
1995	Shifted Head quarters to Mumbai
1997	M & A activity started. Successfully organized takeover of a  - 30 crores pharma company
2000	Started share broking as members of Inter Connected Stock Exchange Of India Limited (ISE)
2001	Started taking active interest in Takeovers
2003	Started arranging Promoter Funding as a major activity
2005	Major legal victory against one of the largest RNFC
2006	Structured an innovative finance option whereby intangible assets against which finance was not available were financed by institutions
